Bio:

No Limits Therapy Company is owned by Tiffany Cossey, national certified and state licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She has been a resident of Independence County (Magness and Newark) since childhood. Tiffany has had a lot of people ask here why she became a Speech-Language Pathologist and start her own therapy clinic. Here is her story and her inspiration in her own words. “In 2001, I walked into a hospital room where my Great-grandmother was in the hospital and she was being seen by a speech therapist. I knew then this was my calling even though it meant more school. While in school my initial LOVE was for working with kids and then my interest was turned towards adults. So when I graduated I worked with adults for 5 years. And then my greatest inspiration was born with a cleft lip and cleft of the soft palate. He was absolutely perfect. Then at the age of 3 he was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. He was completely nonverbal at this time and his anxiety was so bad!! Just before Griffin was diagnosed I started working part time with pediatrics to get my mind set with kids again because I knew he was going to need me at by best. In 2015, I started working full-time with pediatrics and LOVED it!!! In March 2016, after many sleepless nights, tears shed and many many discussions with my family and most of all prayers…. god lead me to open up my own therapy clinic. No Limits Therapy Company was born and we have never been happier.”

Tiffany is excited that she was able to open an outpatient clinic to give back to the county she has called home for her entire life.
